Order Times

The majority of our designers and styles require a minimum delivery period as they are made to order. You will be able to find the delivery time required listed under each individual item. Some designs may require 2-16 weeks for production and delivery; however, we do have rush options available. If you require your dress urgently, please be sure to contact us so we can help.

Colour Variations

Due to variations in photography and computers, colours may have a slight variation to those on screen. We highly recommend ordering all dresses for a bridal party together, so we can ensure the dresses will be the same colour and cut and from the same batch of fabric. Where possible, we will happily provide colour swatches upon request.


Prior to purchasing, we can help your bridal party with size guides, measuring tips and design information to assist in selecting the most appropriate size for your dresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all sizing, and to ensure measurements are taken accurately by each member of the bridal party to ensure accuracy.

Returns and Exchanges

Unless an item is confirmed as faulty, we regret that we cannot allow exchanges or refunds. The majority of our items are made to order and sales are deemed to be final and cannot be cancelled after payment has been made. Kindly double check your style, size and colour before finalising your order.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your order, we will happily exchange or refund your item, including return postage. If you do find a fault, please contact us within 7 days at and we will resolve this for you promptly.
