Are Champagne Appointments free?
Absolutely! Our appointments are totally complimentary and obligation free. We bring our boutique and a bottle of champagne directly in to your home, completely taking the stress out of bridesmaid shopping! We want you and your best girls to completely relax and most importantly have fun! We allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes per appointment.
Which suburbs do you travel to?We travel across all Metropolitan suburbs, throughout Perth. We do the traveling so you don’t have to! Simply request an appointment online at time to suit you. Appointments are available Saturday and Sunday, between 9.00am and 7.00pm.
Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
Simply get your girls together and let us do the rest! We will set up in a room of your choice and your bridesmaids can change in a separate room. Access to a mirror or two is also really helpful if you have them.
It does help to have your bridal party wearing nude underwear and strapless bras (if possible). If you have any pictures or swatches of wedding décor, flowers or groomsmen suits it can be helpful to have those available too.
Who should be at the appointment?
We would love you to bring together your bridesmaids, friends, family and anyone who you feel will be important in helping you choose the right dress. This is one of the most important shopping experiences of your life, so we encourage you to bring together the most special people in your life and treat it like a special event, not just an appointment!
How long before my wedding should I order my Bridesmaid Dresses?
This is dependent upon the style of dress and designer. Dresses generally take 12 weeks for production, although some can take as long as 16 weeks and others can be as quick as 2 weeks. We highly recommend shopping for your bridesmaid dresses 5-6 months in advance, where possible. This allows time for production, postage and alterations.
What if I need my dress earlier?
That’s okay! Please contact us as our designers all have rush options available, as well as in stock dresses and express shipping options.
How do I measure myself or my bridesmaids?
When ordering your dress, you can check your measurements against the relevant designer’s size chart on our website. If you are measuring between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to leave room for adjustments to be made.
We are here to help, so if you require further assistance with sizing, please add your bust, waist and hip measurements in the ‘notes’ section on your order. We will review your measurements before placing your order to make sure the right size is chosen. We might contact you via email to confirm the size we feel would be the best fit, or if we have any questions regarding the measurements.
What happens if my bridesmaid is measuring in between sizes?
It is always easier to take something in, than to make it bigger. If in doubt, we recommend ordering the bigger size.
Do you offer alterations?
We work with standard Australian dress sizes which makes choosing a size a lot easier! Some of our unstructured styles have “One Size” and are cleverly elasticated ensuring they will fit and flatter all shapes and sizes!
If for any reason your dress isn’t the perfect fit, we can recommend an alterations specialist.
How do I pay for my dress?
When you have found your dream dress or dresses, we take a 50% deposit from you, with the remaining 50% paid prior to delivery. We accept bank transfer and credit card.
Can I change my order?
Kindly check your order and choose carefully as we are unable to allow changes or cancellations once your purchase has been made. Our dresses are made to order just for you. Sales are deemed final and non-refundable, except where an item is faulty. Please see our terms for further information.
How long does shipping take?
Within Australia you should allow approximately 3-8 business days for shipping and approximately 2 business days for express shipping. Express shipping can be organised for a flat rate of $20.00.
Will my purchase include tracking?
All shipping costs include tracking within Australia. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on when your purchases will arrive.
